شرح الكرمي الحنبلي في هذه الرسالة قوله تعالى "وبشر الذين آمنوا وعملوا الصالحات"، وبيَّن فيها ما تعلَّق بألفاظها من معاني ونكات إعرابية وبلاغية. وقد نقل فيها عن جَمْعٍ من أئمة التفسير والنحو والمعاني ك شرح الكرمي الحنبلي في هذه الرسالة قوله تعالى "وبشر الذين آمنوا وعملوا الصالحات"، وبيَّن فيها ما تعلَّق بألفاظها من معاني ونكات إعرابية وبلاغية. وقد نقل فيها عن جَمْعٍ من أئمة التفسير والنحو والمعاني كالفراء والزجَّاج وأبي جعفر النحاس ومكي بن أبي طالب والواحدي والبغوي والزمخشري وابن الجوزي، وكذلك عن الفخر الرازي حيث سمَّاه "ابن الخطيب".
